How to find beauty in an annoying person (or situation)?

This was one of the most difficult things for me to achieve and I am still practicing it as I tend to go off ways from time to time but I can really really assure myself that I am way better at it now than I was several years ago.

In today’s video I will share with you, one simple exercise through which you can find beauty in an annoying person or you can wish to apply the same exercise if you find yourself in an annoying situation!! Oops.. did I also confess that I used to judge women with huge handbags!! 😀

This exercise works very well in relationships too – with your friends, family or your romantic partner.. during those special crazy moments when they piss you off!! 😉

Now this in no ways mean that they haven’t done any wrong nor does it deny what troubles/chaos they have caused. But what I mean to say is that it is possible to condemn other people’s action and still be compassionate to them and not allow them to ruin your peace!!

Afterall it is not about them, it is about YOU and how you can choose and create BEAUTY in your life!
