I am a Feminine Lifestylist and a Self-Leadership Mentor for women.

I assist modern day busy women who struggle with burn-out, body-love and authentic expression to reconnect with their feminine and sensual energy using the ancient feminine somatic arts.

I have had my share of depression, heart-breaks, illnesses, grievances and I am here to remind you that you can be ambitious, you can be sensitive, you can be busy AND your life no longer has to be a soul-sucking journey!

Exploring Femininity Challenge has brought so much love, gratefulness n happiness in my heart. I am extremely grateful to Jonita for this challenge.13 days of simple yet powerful exercises.
