Jade-Egg as a Spiritual Practice is a retreat day for women to come together in sacred circle to activate their life-force energy and cultivate vitality, pleasure and consciousness using the Jade-Egg stone.

Throughout the day we will learn all about how to choose, charge, activate and cleanse your Jade-Egg. We will journey into reclaiming our relationship with our womb and yoni. We dive into several ancient Taoist practices like Orgasmic Breathwork, Deer Breast Massage, Ovarian Breathing and Yoni Yoga sequences.
